General comments:
Widespread and usually common resident.

The Lesser Swallow Prominent is a familiar species to everyone who runs a light trap in Hertfordshire, but in Middlesex it appears to be extremely local. Perhaps under-recording is partly responsible?

Recorded in 31 (76%) of 41 10k Squares.
First Recorded in 1895.
Last Recorded in 2024.
