Immigrant.

Completely unrecorded here until two examples of this migrant species were recorded on 23 July 2019 in Harpenden and 2nd August 2019 at Maple Lodge. Further examples are two taken in Bramfield Woods and Harpenden amd Welwyn Garden City in July 2020, Oxhey in 18th September 2021 and then Watton-at-Stone, Royston and Twickenham in the last week of July 2022. The moth is resident in Hampshire and perhaps elsewhere, but our examples are at best vagrants and more likely primary immigrants.
