General comments
Local resident in Hertfordshire; Extremely local; resident in Middlesex.

There is a disturbingly high number of dots on the map indicating past sites where the moth is no longer recorded (Hertfordshire) and taken together with the apparent scarcity in Middlesex there is a suggestion that this might be a species in decline.

Recorded in 31 (76%) of 41 10k Squares.
First Recorded in 1887.
Last Recorded in 2023.
