General comments:
Local resident.

Formerly known as Paradarisa extersaria, the Brindled White-spot is essentially a woodland insect and seems to be absent from the northern portion of Hertfordshire, but likely to be resident in most southern woodlands.It is also an an expected species in the woodlands of the north-west and north boundary area in Middlesex, but away from here rather local in that county.
