Agrochola lychnidis

([Denis & Schiffermüller], 1775) 2267 / 73.186

General comments:
Widespread resident.

The Beaded Chestnut appears to have declined from about 1990 to the early 2000s, during which period is vanished from several long-term garden lists of moths. Since then, however, it appears to have recovered and does not appear to be under any current threat.

Recorded in 33 (80%) of 41 10k Squares.
First Recorded in 1887.
Last Recorded in 2023.
