General comments:
Immigrant.

The Rosy Underwing is an extremely rare immigrant to Britain from southern Europe. There is a single Hertfordshire record, from Hoddesdon on 15th September 1927, 'one specimen on a window (Molesworth, 1928. Entomologist: 139) and another from Middlesex - a single example labelled 'Hammersmith by Thames' in the Oxford University Museum collection.

Retained Specimen / Photograph will be Required.
