Immigrant.

We have four reports only: Chorleywood, on 2nd September 2008, Royston on 6th September 2012, Enfield on 14th September 2016 and Ware on 5th August 2024. Interestingly on 26th August 2004 Martin Honey caught one at Southfields, Surrey, only the second ever Surrey record, supporting primary immigration as the source of the Ware record.
