General comments:
Former resident. Endangered if rediscovered.

Church Hill at Therfield Heath provides our only record of this chalkland species, where it was noted by Raymond Uffen during 1990. It may still be present, but in adjacent county areas it has not been seen since 1987. It may be overlooked in Hertfordshire. Whilst at a national level is not under any special threat, in our area appropriate habitat is at a premium and if the moth is still present it is best treated as Endangered for this reason.

Recorded in 1 (2%) of 41 10k Squares.
First Recorded in 1990.
