A saltmarsh species, so the records are assumed to relate to vagrant examples.

Hertfordshire Notes:
One adult at Cuffley in 2011.

Middlesex Notes:
Absent or extinct. Single record is from a light trap on a third floor balcony at Parliament Hill, near to Hampstead Heath.

Case: A good quality photo or specimen of the case and plant/pabulum and the bred moth is required.
