Hertfordshire Notes: Unrecorded

Middlesex Notes: Believed extinct in Britain from 1934 until it suddenly reappeared in Dorset in 2013. For Middlesex, it is mapped in volume 2 of MBGBI without supporting data, but four specimens in the Natural History Museum provide record data for the county.
