(Goeze, 1783)270 / 14.006

Hertfordshire Notes:
Widespread and common in areas of Chalk geology. Reports away from the chalk are wandering adults in light traps. Larvae mine leaves of Buckthorn (Rhamnus catharticus) and Alder Buckthorn (Frangula alnus). Careful examination will reveal mines on almost all bushes (but they are small and may be overlooked if you rush at it!).

Middlesex Notes:
Known only from Buckingham Palace Garden in 1963.

Mine: Either the leaf or a good photograph required
