Scythris grandipennis

(Haworth, 1828)911 / 43.002

General comments:
Extremely local, perhaps absent.

Our only Hertfordshire record is that from the Sandridge area given by Griffith (1890); this cannot be mapped as the precise location is not known. Since the, we have a Middlesex record from the Heathrow area in 2012. At the latter site, the habitat has been lost.

Recorded in 2 (5%) of 41 10k Squares.
First Recorded in 1890.
Last Recorded in 2018.
