Adoxophyes orana

(Fischer von Röslerstamm, 1834)999 / 49.041

General comments:

Extremely local resident.
Rarely encountered in light trap samples. Our widely-separated localities mirror the national picture of a widespread, but rather localised moth. Elsewhere, it affects apples and can be a pest in orchards.

Recorded in 6 (15%) of 41 10k Squares.
First Recorded in 1965.
Last Recorded in 2022.
