Very rare immigrant, perhaps former resident.

As a resident, this species is in serious decline at the national level. Historic Hertfordshire records seem to affect the central area of the county and some, possibly, indicate former resident populations; those from Middlesex undoubtedly refer to immigrant, as do all recent records.
