Extremely local resident.
A species of acid grasslands, recorded at Nomansland Common and Croxley Common Moor (Hertfordshire) plus Enfield and the Fir & Pond Woods Nature Reserve, both in Middlesex. Separation from N. peliella is hugely problematic in some cases.
