General comments:
Ubiquitous.
It would be a surprise if this familiar hibernator did not turn up at all well-recorded sites in the county. A very small number of records in the database might be misidentifications of A.ciliella, which can be remarkably similar in appearance. Observers are cautioned not to be over-dismissive of "heracliana" specimens in moth traps.
